How We Train
Phase 1
We build trust and rapport with your dog in my home. We begin to find out the dog’s motivators. The communication system begins.
Phase 2
We begin to build confidence in the communication system. The dog learns how to work through small challenges, this is accomplished through the introduction of the various tools like the slip lead and ecollar. This is a critical and necessary stage in development because it makes a stronger and more resilient dog.
Phase 3
We then proof the dog’s behavior through a series of field trips and social exposures. As the dog moves through the system, it grows in clarity and confidence. Most importantly, it feels like it has more control of the world around it.

1. I've already spent a fortune on dog training. Why should I spend more with you? - Several of my previous clients have come to me after wasting money on outdated methods or trainers who couldn't provide the results they wanted. I focus on real-world training that actually works.
2. I have a difficult breed. Can this work on my dog? - I have successfully trained everything from stubborn bullies to high-drive working dogs. The idea that certain breeds are "untrainable" is a myth.
3. Dog training is too expensive. - Yes, it is definitely an investment, especially working with a proven professional. Several of my clients already spent more on trainers with no results.
